Skillset Requirements: Technical Lead

1. 5–10 years of relevant experience in data science
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Python programming
3. At least 3 years of experience in machine learning and NLP
4. Minimum 2 years of experience with LLMs and GenAI
5. At least 2 years of experience with any database
6. 1+ years of experience deploying ML models/Python applications on Azure or AWS
7. Familiarity with LLMOps is a plus

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead development, deployment, and optimization of ML, NLP models, and LLM/GenAI solutions
2. Develop and maintain Python-based ML pipelines and manage associated databases
3. Deploy AI models on Azure/AWS, ensuring performance and scalability
4. Mentor team members and stay updated on advancements in ML, NLP, and GenAI
5. Implement LLMOps best practices for efficient model lifecycle management
