Microsoft Office skills, SharePoint administration, Power Apps development.Working knowledge and experience on Power BI, Tableau.Experience of defining and building operational metrics to monitor and track performance and Risk.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to prepare and present management level presentations.Shape solution designs which meet business needs as well as aligning to the broader strategic objectives.Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent are required.Ability to run basic analysis on Reporting - Dashboard and Scorecard, MBR, business analysis.Build presentations and represent in stakeholder’s forum.Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Review and identify areas of improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization, and field acceleration working with various teams within the organization (business, control mgmt., IT, leadership, etc.)Oversee the strategy, priorities, and business management.Drive strategic planning, priorities and OKRs.Participate in organization-wide, strategic, and tactical initiatives.Proactively manage day to day business office responsibilities like driving adherence to Risk &amp; Compliance mandates, regular cadence on team build out &amp; hiring updates etc.Working experience in Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
