Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Define and execute the ML and GenAI strategy to align with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance ML team.
Drive AI/ML initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring business impact.
Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Research & Development:
Oversee development of cutting-edge ML and GenAI models (e.g., GANs, transformers).
Stay ahead of AI trends and integrate the latest technologies into product offerings.
Client-Facing & Collaboration:
Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored AI solutions.
Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful AI product integrations.
Team Development & Mentorship:
Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier talent in machine learning.

Qualifications:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in ML/GenAI, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Prior experience in a startup environment and client-facing roles is essential.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in deep learning, generative models, and relevant AI technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production.
Education:
Top-tier academic background (PhD or Master’s) in AI, ML, or a related field.
